Dr. Vijay Vad – Dr. Vad is a double Board-certified physician practicing at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, with specialties in physical medicine and rehabilitation and a sub-specialty in sports medicine. Dr. Vad has previously served as the physician for the Association of Tennis professionals (ATP) and for the Westchester Classic (PGA). Dr. Vad is the author of a number of published books including Back Rx (Wall Street Journal’s favorite health book, 2005), Arthritis Rx, Golf Rx and The New Rules of Running. He has also written two PBS specials, “Stop Back Pain” (2011) and “Active and Arthritis” (2013). Dr. Vad’s current research is focused on simple solutions to staying active. He has developed an exercise app in conjunction with Cornell Technology, called Back Rx, which helps users reduce back pain while also reducing (or eliminating) dependence on narcotics and the use of medical procedures.

David Garner (George Washington University, 1979) – Mr. Garner has served as Molecular Health’s Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member since 2010, when it was founded. His principal duties include developing Molecular Health’s marketing and customer retention strategies, managing its administrative, legal, and financial functions. Prior to joining Molecular Health, Mr. Garner co-founded and served for ten years as an Executive Vice-President and Managing Member of a leading raw material supplier, that became the largest Green Tea distributor in the U.S. Before that, Mr. Garner spent nine years as a Market Maker and Managing Director for Options Floor Trading Operations with Botta Trading, Inc. in Chicago and started and co-managed their Wall Street office.

Brian Moreno is a media and branding executive with extensive sales, distribution and marketing experience. Mr. Moreno began his career in advertising at DDB in New York and then became an executive at Warner Bros. Entertainment. He has served as Executive Vice President at the Warner Music Group (where he headed retail sales and marketing) and at the Playboy Entertainment Group (overseeing worldwide distribution and marketing). Brian has extensive experience in the health and fitness industries and a long and successful track record of launching and distributing many successful popular brands, such as the Jane Fonda exercise video series, Buns of Steel, Kathy Smith and others.
Tom McManus is a former NFL Player (Jacksonville Jaguars, 1995-1999) and an inductee into the Boston College Sports Hall of Fame (Class of 2009). Tom was known for his work ethic on the field and his approachability off of it. After retiring from football, Tom has become a successful independent entrepreneur, focusing on: real estate and media ventures, project and company financing and, most recently, the evolving CBD/THC industry. Tom is a well-known motivational speaker and regularly appears on radio and television.
